In this role, you’ll manage end-to-end procurement processes- focusing heavily on technology and SaaS- while partnering closely with Legal, FP&A, and senior technical stakeholders. If you thrive in a dynamic, high-growth environment, possess strong tech orientation, and excel at commercial negotiations, benchmark analysis, and relationship building, this is the right opportunity for you.In your day-to-day, you willDrive the full purchasing lifecycle: from initial intake and purchase order creation to vendor onboarding and renewal tracking- across SaaS, cloud, AI, brand, and professional servicesLead negotiations with local and international suppliers on pricing, SLA, and terms, utilizing market benchmarks and vendor comparisons to optimize spendPartner closely with the Legal team to review, analyze, and negotiate commercial terms within supplier agreementsWork hand-in-hand with Finops,  FP&A and technical leads (Engineering, Product, IT) to evaluate vendor necessity, scope, and implementation timelinesBuild strong vendor relationships, monitor key contracts, and proactively identify opportunities for cost savings in a fast-paced environmentQualifications5+ years of procurement experience in the high-tech industry, with a proven track record in SaaS, cloud infrastructure, and IT procurementStrong technical orientation, with the ability to understand product specs, engage in technical discussions, and perform vendor benchmarkingProven track record in commercial negotiations and contract review, working in tight collaboration with Legal teams on complex agreementsExperience partnering with Finance & FP&A on budget management, spend analysis, and purchasing workflowsFluent English (written and spoken) for leading negotiations with global suppliersBachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Finance, or a related fieldExperience in procuring AI tools – an advantageAdditional InformationWe're Base44, a newly acquired part of Wix, on a mission to change how software gets built.
