What You'll Do
Own the product's visual and interaction design across key desktop product experiences.
Establish design systems, standards, and documentation for the team to build against.
Make product strategy and design decisions with limited information, then iterate based on user feedback.
Partner with product and engineering to implement designs and address technical constraints.
Conduct user research, usability testing, and other feedback gathering to inform design decisions.
Create high-fidelity mockups and prototypes, and support clear design-to-code handoff.
What We're Looking For
At least 3 years of product design experience building and shipping consumer or B2B products end to end.
A portfolio featuring shipped modern desktop B2B or SaaS products, with clear examples of problem-solving and outcomes.
Experience creating design systems, design standards, and documentation for product teams.
Proficiency with Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD for mockups and prototypes.
Experience working closely with product and engineering teams, including familiarity with frontend implementation and HTML/CSS.
Experience gathering user feedback through research, usability testing, or qualitative methods.
Early-stage startup or fractional design experience is helpful.
