Working closely with the Senior Product Manager, you'll translate customer needs into clear requirements, coordinate cross-functional initiatives, and keep product work moving forward.This hands-on role combines product research, administrative support, project coordination, and AI-driven innovation. We're looking for someone who takes initiative, gets things done, and is excited to explore how emerging technologies can improve the movie-ticketing experience.Why This Role Matters:You'll help turn product ideas into action, improve team efficiency, and contribute to the future of Fandango1.What You'll Do:Support the Senior Product Manager with research, meeting preparation, product requirements, documentation, and follow-ups.Gather customer feedback, analyze market trends, and identify product and AI-driven improvement opportunities.Write clear user stories, requirements, and acceptance criteria for product features and enhancements.Maintain Jira tickets, project status, dependencies, and action items, proactively tracking progress and resolving blockers.Collaborate with Engineering, QA, UX/UI, Data Science, Sales, and Support to coordinate product delivery.Support testing, release readiness, documentation, and the exploration of AI agents, MCP servers, intelligent search, and workflow automation.QualificationsWhat You Bring:Bachelor's degree in Business, Technology, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.2+ years of experience in product management, project coordination, business analysis, or a related technology role.Conceptual understanding of AI/ML, including large language models (LLMs), semantic search, AI agents, MCP servers, and APIs.Experience using generative AI tools to support research, documentation, and productivity.Excellent organization, communication, analytical skills, and attention to detail.Strong initiative, accountability, and ability to independently drive tasks to completion.Desired Characteristics:Experience with Jira, Confluence, GitHub, Agile development, or software testing.Familiarity with MCP, retrieval-augmented generation (RAG), AI integrations, and recommendation technologies.Curiosity about leveraging data, machine learning, and emerging AI to improve the consumer entertainment and movie-ticketing journey.How We Do It at Versant:We value Trust, Teamwork, Transparency, Agility, and Entrepreneurial Spirit, demonstrated through collaboration, integrity, adaptability, initiative, and reliable follow-through.Why You'll Love It Here:At Fandango1, you'll collaborate with experienced product and technology teams, develop your product and AI expertise, and help shape the future of digital entertainment.Additional InformationAs part of our selection process, external candidates may be required to attend an in-person interview with a VERSANT Media employee at one of our locations prior to a hiring decision.
