Production DesignerFull-timeService Region: PhilippinesJob DescriptionWe are looking for a creative, detail-oriented, and highly organized Production Designer to join our Production and Design team. The ideal candidate balances creativity with technical precision, effectively manages competing priorities, and takes ownership of delivering accurate, high-quality work on time. This role collaborates closely with Design, Product Development, Production, Sales, and other cross-functional teams to move concepts seamlessly from design through production while adapting to changing priorities.Responsibilities:Create, refine, and adapt artwork for stationery, paper goods, packaging, and other consumer productsPrepare and finalize production-ready files, ensuring accuracy in layouts, colors, specifications, and print requirementsManage multiple design projects, deadlines, revisions, and product launches simultaneouslyConduct quality checks on artwork and proofs to ensure consistency and production readinessCollaborate with Design, Production, Product Development, and Sales teams to support smooth project executionMaintain organized files, project documentation, and asset librariesDevelop mockups, presentations, and supporting visual materials as neededIncorporate feedback, resolve production-related issues, and ensure the timely delivery of high-quality workQualifications5-7 years of professional experience in graphic design or product designExperience designing physical consumer products, preferably within stationery, paper goods, gifts, accessories, home goods, fashion, beauty, toys, or similar industriesProficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesignKnowledge of print production, prepress processes, file preparation, color management, materials, and finishing techniquesExperience with project management and proofing tools (e.g., Monday.com, Lytho, Ziflow)Familiarity with Dropbox, Miro, and other collaborative workflow toolsExcellent organizational and project management skills, with the ability to handle multiple deadlinesStrong attention to detail, quality control, and problem-solving skillsEffective communication and collaboration skills in a cross-functional environmentAdaptable, proactive, and able to balance creative design work with technical production requirementsExperience using macOSAmenable to work Tuesday-Saturday, 6AM-3PMBy clicking the link above or any third-party link within this posting, you are leaving this site and going to a third-party website where the third-party website's terms and privacy policy applyI'm interestedI'm interestedPrivacy NoticeImprint
