It provides integrated projects, equipment, technologies and services across the energy industry.Job DescriptionWorking Environment:Spends 75% of time in shop-floor environment.Exposed to possible shop hazards, which may include high noise, heavy equipment and machinery, temperature extremes and shop traffic.Major Responsibilities:Actively participateandsustain high level of Lean Management.Plans and leadsthe activities in the production workshop.Risk Management,Incident Investigation&Preventive measures.Assists supervisorinmonitoring and resolvingmatters related to production operations.Manageswork order prioritiesandmanpower schedulesaccording to requirements and timelines.EnsuresdepartmentSafety, Quality, Delivery and Costoutput goals are met.Provides training, motivation, guidance and communicationto team members todevelop competent, disciplined, safe and quality conscious team.Co-ordinateswithmaintenance and upgrade of machine toolsto meet organisational objectives.Co-ordinateswithinternal stakeholderstooptimise manufacturing processand queue times.Initiatesimprovement plans and cost savings.Responsibleforrecord-keepingand forteam member performance appraisalsand work goal meetings.Leadswith limited autonomy after establishment of overall direction with immediate supervisor.Establishesemployee objectivesandcarries out disciplinary action and rewardas required.Assistsindriving the team to meet on-time delivery.Resolvesroutine queries and problemsindependently.Reviewsemployee timeclock hours.QualificationsRequired Education:Diploma or NITEC in related field.Experience in Lean manufacturing and problem solving skills.Excellent communication and interpersonal skillGood knowledge in workplace safety proceduresFive to seven years of experience in Production or Manufacturing environmentStrong PC skill in Microsoft office applications.Experience inlead/supervisory roleis preferredSAP experienceis preferredTraining Requirements:Metalworking Safety Orientation Course (MSOC)Basic Industrial Safety and Health course (BISH)Basic Health Environment & Safety (BHEST).Standard Operating Procedures.Working Environment:Spends 75% of time in shop-floor environment.Exposed to possible shop hazards, which may include high noise, heavy equipment and machinery, temperature extremes and shop traffic.Additional InformationPlace of work  : SingaporeBy clicking the link above or any third-party link within this posting, you are leaving this site and going to a third-party website where the third-party website's terms and privacy policy applyI'm interestedI'm interestedPrivacy NoticeImprint
