Collaborating with a creative team of tech enthusiasts, you’ll contribute your unique skills to fuel our technological advancements.Job DescriptionWhat you;ll doLead the end-to-end delivery of technology and business change projects, ensuring objectives are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.Develop and maintain detailed project plans, delivery roadmaps, resource plans, and governance frameworks to support successful project execution.Partner closely with business and technology stakeholders to define project scope, requirements, deliverables, and success measures.Manage project budgets, forecasts, and financial reporting, ensuring effective cost control and timely escalation of any variances.Coordinate cross-functional teams, third-party suppliers, and systems integrators to ensure all project activities are aligned and delivered effectively.Proactively identify, manage, and mitigate project risks, issues, dependencies, and change requests throughout the project lifecycle.Provide regular project updates and reporting to senior stakeholders, ensuring clear communication, strong governance, and a smooth transition into business-as-usual operations.QualificationsWhat you'll bringProven experience delivering complex technology projects within retail, supply chain, logistics, warehousing, or distribution environments.Strong project management expertise with a track record of successfully managing project scope, timelines, budgets, resources, and risks.Experience working with supply chain, warehouse management, logistics, ERP, or related enterprise technology platforms.Excellent stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build relationships and influence decision-making across both business and technology teams.Demonstrated experience managing third-party vendors, implementation partners, and systems integrators in a delivery-focused environment.Strong communication, organisation, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced business.A proactive and collaborative approach, with the confidence to challenge where appropriate and drive projects through to successful completion.Additional InformationAbout PrimarkAt Primark, people matter.
