AFRY supports a hybrid work model.QualificationsIn order to succeed in this role, you have:B.Sc./M.Sc. (Tech.) or similar degree.10+ years of experience in multidiscipline Detail Engineering and/or EPCM projects.Safety oriented attitude.Excellent co-operation, leadership and communications skills.Ability to lead large, multidisciplinary and global teams and solve complex conflict situations.Knowledge of the different engineering disciplines and understanding of multidisciplinary work requirements.Understanding of project and engineering management and project controls tools and practicesProject Managers also participate in Sales and Development, so we appreciate sales and entrepreneurial attitude and possibility to travel in Finland and abroad.Fluency in Finnish and English.You stand out if you have experience in industry projects such as in mining and metals or in the chemical process industry.
