New Supplier development and Management4. Leading technical review meeting and price negotiation for new product development with supplier to meet target cost5. Project management and track the project till 1 year after SOP6. RPP and MPP project ，ECR handling7. SAP Data setting and maintenance8. RFQ,Validation and comparison for new parts based on panel+biders list9. Identify material/parts/techniques with localization possibility10. Coordination of SE work with suppliers, implementation of concept competitions11. Supplier scouting and selection with PUQ, process acceptance supplier12. Initiator pre-sourcing meeting for supplier pre-selection Inquiries new part13. Determine Q requirements (regarding tolerance, process capability, machine capacity, process layout, test planning, measuring capability etc) in technical talks with suppliers14. Identify material/parts/techniques with related department and project-related change management15. localization projects, management external procurement part projects16. Procurement of prototypes, initial samples, and first serial deliveryQualifications1. bachelor degree or above2. Minim 3 years of purchasing experience and 1 years of project management in mechanical or electronic industry.3. Familiar with ISO9001/TS16949/QS9000 quality management system and tools.4. Rich Experience on supplier development.5. Good communication skill & interpersonal skill6. Good experience at project management7. Familiar with mechanical, electrical components manufacturing process and quality management sense8. Very good soft skills (Authentic, teamwork, sociable, organization ability, self-reliant, self-dependent, team work player.9.
