QA/QC Site Representative - offshore drilling/completionTemps completDescription de l'entrepriseOur client is seeking an experienced QA/QC Site Representative to support theDrilling & Wells preparation and execution activitiesfor theMozambique LNGproject, located in Pemba, Mozambique.The role will focus on ensuring the quality, integrity and operational readiness of drilling and completion equipment, materials and services prior to mobilization and throughout operations. The successful candidate will provide QA/QC oversight of suppliers, service companies, inspection agencies and logistics support bases, ensuring compliance with Company quality requirements, applicable industry standards and project specifications.Working closely with Operations, Logistics, Contracts, suppliers and Third-Party Inspection (TPI) providers, the QA/QC Site Representative will contribute to safe, compliant and timely campaign execution.Description du posteSupervise QA/QC activities fordrilling and completion equipment, materials and services at warehouses, yards and support bases.Verify compliance with Company QA/QC requirements, technical specifications and applicable industry standards.Ensure quality requirements are incorporated into purchase orders, service quality plans, inspection and test plans (ITPs), and supplier deliverables.Coordinate Third-Party Inspection (TPI) activities, including inspector qualification, inspection assignments, follow-up, reporting and close-out.Monitor equipment inspection, testing, certification and documentation to confirm fitness for purpose before mobilization.Follow up Non-Conformance Reports (NCRs), quality incidents, equipment defects and supplier corrective and preventive actions.Monitor supplier and service company quality performance and ensure timely resolution of quality issues.Participate in equipment and service readiness reviews to confirm availability and compliance with project requirements.Coordinate with Operations, Logistics, Contracts, service companies, suppliers and inspection agencies to resolve quality-related issues.Maintain QA/QC records, inspection reports, quality documentation and status trackers.Provide regular reporting on inspection progress, outstanding findings, quality risks and equipment readiness.Promote quality awareness and compliance throughout the supply chain and operational support activities.QualificationsTechnical qualification or engineering degree in a relevant discipline.Minimum 10 years of experience inoffshore drilling and/or completionoperations.Proven experience in equipment QA/QC, inspection management and supplier/contractor quality oversight.Good knowledge of Company QA/QC requirements and quality management systems.Familiarity with API Q1, API Q2 or equivalent quality management standards.Experience coordinating Third-Party Inspection (TPI) activities and managing inspection plans.Demonstrated experience in NCR management, root cause analysis, corrective actions and quality close-out.Knowledge of drilling and completion equipment, inspection, testing and certification requirements.Experience working with suppliers, service companies, logistics bases, warehouses and operational support teams.Strong organizational, coordination and reporting skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities.Ability to work autonomously while maintaining effective collaboration within multicultural and multidisciplinary teams.Fluent in written and spoken English.Valid offshore certifications, including BOSIET, are mandatory.Availability to work on a rotational basis in Pemba, Mozambique.Informations complémentairesLocation: Pemba, MozambiqueProject: Mozambique LNG – Golfinho-Atum DevelopmentDepartment: Drilling & WellsReporting to: QA/QC LeadPosition Type: RotationalEn cliquant sur le lien ci-dessus ou sur tout autre lien externe figurant dans cette publication, vous quittez ce site et accédez à un site web tiers dont les conditions d'utilisation et la politique de confidentialité s'appliquent.Je suis intéressé(e)Je suis intéressé(e)Avis de confidentialitéEmpreinte
