Please visit www.cmimgmt.com to learn more about our company!Job DescriptionThe Quality Control Manager/Site Superintendent shall develop, implement, and oversee all quality programs associated with contracts services at CMI’s customer site in Omaha, NE.Key Job FunctionsThe QCM/SS shall be on-site during the client's regular working hours and shall be available on-site within one hour after the client's regular working hours.Supervises, trains, and evaluates operations and maintenance staffResponsible for the verification and compliance of work standards and timeliness and accuracy of the work performedResponsible for the oversight of audits, monthly reporting, and compliance with contract requirementsUses random sampling to evaluate process efficiencyResponsible for guiding Quality Control Inspectors and recognizing data problems that might invalidate samples and ensuring that complaints and violations are investigated appropriatelyReviews and validates reports of findings and ensures that action is taken or recommendedRecommends changes in administrative procedures, methods, and standardsPrepares and submits discharge monitoring reports.QualificationsHigh School Diploma required, BA degree preferredExperience equivalent to an Air Force Civil Engineer (CE) Craftsman (7-skill level) orSuperintendent (9-skill level)At least seven (7) years of experience involving the quality control and maintenance of facilities of at least 1 million square feetOSHA 30-Hour Safety certificationAdditional InformationCOMPETENCIES FOR SUCCESSTeamworkResults orientation/operational excellenceHolding self and other accountableOperational business thinkingAll your information will be kept confidential according to EEO guidelines.CMI is an equal opportunity employer committed to diversity and inclusion.
