In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring that all construction projects meet the highest quality standards, regulatory requirements, and client specifications. You will oversee quality assurance processes, conduct inspections, and implement corrective actions to maintain excellence throughout project execution.Develop, implement, and maintain comprehensive quality management plans aligned with international standards and local Saudi construction codesConduct regular site inspections and audits to verify compliance with design specifications, building codes, and quality standardsAnalyze construction materials, workmanship, and installation methods to identify defects and non-conformancesDocument quality issues, prepare detailed inspection reports, and recommend corrective and preventive actionsCoordinate with project teams, contractors, and subcontractors to resolve quality concerns and ensure timely remediationEstablish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) related to quality metrics and project complianceReview technical drawings, specifications, and construction documents to ensure clarity and adherence to quality requirementsMaintain organized quality documentation, records, and databases for all projects and inspectionsProvide technical guidance and training to site personnel on quality standards and best practicesCollaborate with project managers and engineers to develop solutions that balance quality, schedule, and cost objectivesQualificationsMinimum 10 years of professional experience in quality management within the construction or engineering industryProven expertise in construction quality assurance, inspection protocols, and defect analysisStrong knowledge of international construction standards ISOs and Saudi Arabian building codes and regulationsProficiency in quality management systems and construction documentation softwareExperience with CAD software and digital inspection toolsExcellent analytical and problem-solving skills with strong attention to detailDemonstrated ability to organize and manage multiple projects simultaneouslyProfessional communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively across teamsFamiliarity with material testing procedures and construction methodologiesPreferred: Quality management certification (ISO 9001 Lead Auditor or equivalent)Preferred: Construction-related professional certifications or credentialsPreferred: Experience working on large-scale construction projects in the Middle East regionBy clicking the link above or any third-party link within this posting, you are leaving this site and going to a third-party website where the third-party website's terms and privacy policy applyI'm interestedI'm interestedPrivacy Notice
