Real Estate Sales Manager

We are looking for a Real Estate Sales Manager in Tbilisi to help our clients find the right property. You will turn enquiries from agency partners, digital campaigns and showroom visits into successful deals, and support each buyer at every step.

What you will do:

• Follow up on leads from agency partners, digital marketing campaigns and showroom visitors
• Run discovery conversations to understand each buyer’s budget, needs and goals
• Organise property tours and present our projects to clients
• Negotiate terms and take deals from first offer through reservation to final signing
• Log every contact, deal status and next step in the CRM
• Develop strong, lasting relationships with buyers and agency partners
• Achieve your targets for closed deals, revenue and lead conversion
• Keep track of the local property market, new launches and competitor pricing
