We're looking for a Recruiting Engineer to help our recruiting team move faster. This is a great entry point for someone who wants to learn how a high-growth startup actually works. You'll work across roles spanning Sales, Engineering, AI, Operations, Marketing, and leadership, getting exposure to different teams, levels, and problems across the business. You'll source exceptional people, help run candidate onsites, experiment with new recruiting tools, improve how we work, and jump into whatever will help us hire faster. You'll also build an incredible network along the way, meeting talented operators, engineers, salespeople, executives, and founders across the AI ecosystem.
This is a chance to get a front-row seat to building a high-growth AI company. You'll learn how different parts of a startup operate, work directly with people across the business, develop strong judgment around talent, and build a network that would normally take years to develop.
