Welcome to Bosch.Job DescriptionRE is responsible for validation plan, reliability prediction&evaluation as well as the final conclusion.• Requirement engineering with focus on reliability characteristics and evaluation of customer specifications• Formation of field load spectrum and mission profile• Application assessments with regard to field load and mounting conditions• Prepare the design validation plan and production validation plan with detailed test conditions and evaluation criteria• Reliability evaluation based on load and load capacity of design elements, and perform lifetime estimation• Perform failure anlaysis in a systematic way to derive the root cause and measures• Prepare the internal and external validation report based on function and physical analysis result• Build up knowledge regarding product specific failure mechanisms and failure modes• Prepare the QZ specification for project if it is necessary• Prepare the reliability prediction / risk assessment for project• Support to prepare the TCD (technical customer document)• Support project team for evaluate and improve product reliability performance• Support validation engineer for test methods, test setup and trouble shooting• Communicate with Bosch worldwide development network• Create 3D model and drawing create with creo, tolerance calculation, build prototype.• Other duties as assigned.QualificationsEducation and working experience：-Bachelor in electromechanical engineering, mechanical engineering or similar-Working Experience:2 years' in electrical unit, or PCB manufacturing, or mechanical engineering related-Knowledge/Skills:Master most important failure mechanism of electrical control unit, experience with Weibull toolsSoft skills-Intercultural competence-Fluent English communication skill is required-Resilient and self-motivated-InitiativeBy clicking the link above or any third-party link within this posting, you are leaving this site and going to a third-party website where the third-party website's terms and privacy policy applyI'm interestedI'm interestedPrivacy NoticeImprint
