In this role, you will be responsible for identifying, analyzing, and mitigating organizational risks across diverse client engagements. You will work collaboratively with senior consultants and clients to develop comprehensive risk management strategies that align with business objectives and regulatory requirements. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong analytical capabilities, meticulous attention to detail, and the ability to communicate complex risk concepts to stakeholders at all levels.Conduct comprehensive risk assessments and analyses for client organizations across various ereasDevelop and implement risk mitigation strategies and action plans tailored to client needs and organizational objectivesIdentify, document, and prioritize risks using established risk management frameworks and methodologiesAnalyze risk data and trends to provide actionable insights and recommendations to clients and internal teamsPrepare detailed risk reports, dashboards, and presentations for executive stakeholders and board-level audiencesEnsure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards related to risk managementCollaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate risk management into business processes and decision-makingMonitor and evaluate the effectiveness of implemented risk mitigation measuresStay current with emerging risks, regulatory changes, and best practices in risk managementSupport the development of business continuity and disaster recovery plans for clientsMentor junior consultants and contribute to the development of risk management methodologies and toolsQualificationsBachelor's degree in engineering, Risk Management, or a related fieldMinimum of 15 years of experience in risk management, preferably in the construction or real estate industryPreferred but not required direct experience on aviation projectsProfessional certifications such as PRM (Professional Risk Manager) or ARM (associate in risk management) preferredIn-depth knowledge of codes and safety standards in Saudi ArabiaMinimum 5 years of professional experience in risk management, preferably within a consulting environmentDemonstrated expertise in risk assessment, analysis, and mitigation strategy developmentStrong knowledge of risk management frameworks such as ISO 31000, COSO, or equivalent methodologiesProficiency in data analysis and interpretation with advanced Excel skillsExperience with risk management software and data visualization toolsExcellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present complex information clearlyStrong organizational and project management capabilitiesProven problem-solving abilities and analytical mindsetKnowledge of regulatory compliance requirements and industry-specific risk landscapesExperience working with diverse stakeholders and cross-functional teamsPreferred: Background in enterprise risk management (ERM) or consulting experiencePreferred: Familiarity with business continuity planning and disaster recovery frameworksPreferred: Professional certifications such as FRM, CRM, or equivalent risk management credentialsBy clicking the link above or any third-party link within this posting, you are leaving this site and going to a third-party website where the third-party website's terms and privacy policy applyI'm interestedI'm interestedPrivacy Notice
