What you’ll do Act as a trusted advisor to our clients, helping them get the most out of our SaaS solution.Translate complex client needs into smart, scalable technical solutions.Lead system and process implementations and provide strategic advice on mortgage and financial products.Work closely with multidisciplinary teams, including developers, designers, and product managers, to deliver client-specific solutions.Use your market expertise to provide insights that help both our clients and Ohpen move forward.
At least8 years of experience in the Dutch mortgage market (required).Experience as aBusiness Analyst or Consultantin a technology-driven environment.In-depth knowledge of financial services, with a strong focus on mortgages.Fluent in both Dutch and English.Ability to translate client needs into practical, technical solutions.Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.A proactive, solution-oriented mindset with a strong focus on quality and results.
