This role is ideal for a professional with a strong background in finance transformation, digital strategy, and technology implementation. The successful candidate will be a strategic thinker capable of leading complex projects and fostering change within organizations.Key Responsibilities:Consulting Skills:Deliver client projects as part of an on-site or remote team, defining the framework and structure of deliverables and producing complex outputs.Manage work activities and timelines for both personal and team tasks, identifying priorities and workflows for stakeholders.Present complex ideas and critical points to team members and client contacts, including middle and top management.Conduct research and business analysis to solve customer challenges, presenting tailored solutions using quantitative and qualitative data.Promote teamwork and motivate consultants to improve, managing internal teams effectively.Demonstrate credibility with clients, challenging approaches and providing new directions to deepen relationships.Define project frameworks and manage multiple projects, ensuring follow-up and successful completion.Provide status reporting on progress, dependencies, issues, risks, and overall program health.Lead work streams of complex projects and take charge of simpler projects.Maintain program sites as repositories for all project information.Business Expertise Skills:Support practice, thought leadership, and people development activities across the firm.Maintain a deep understanding of business concepts, issues, and challenges, mastering business expertise.Cultivate knowledge related to specific business challenges or deepen understanding within a sector and function domain.Contribute to the development of new solutions in areas of expertise.Lead internal knowledge-sharing activities, ensuring knowledge transfer to other consultants.Design and implement business changes that drive transformation, functionality, and performance.Partner with clients to develop high-performance solutions that advance operational performance and industry standing.Business Development Skills:Write business proposals and presentations autonomously.Detect, trace, and qualify business opportunities.Relay information relevant to new business activities and prospects to managers, teams, and business unit leaders.People Management Skills:Supervise project teams internally and on client assignments.Embody the firm’s valuesQualificationsBachelor’s degree required in Accounting, Finance, Business Management, or a related field from an accredited college/university is required4+ years of client facing management consulting experience managing or creating project deliverables and managing a delivery teamExperience managing or creating project deliverables in a consulting environment, with broad experience in any of the following:Financial Risk ManagementFinancial Planning & Analysis, Budgeting & Forecasting (experience in driver-based planning, zero-based budgeting, etc.)Financial & Regulatory ReportingProcurements (Procure-to-Pay, Order-to-Cash, etc.)Model RiskERP / EPM ImplementationRegulatory Compliance (CCAR, BASEL, FRTB, etc.)Treasury & Capital ManagementLegal Entity ManagementExpense & Profitability ManagementFinancial Controls, Processes and ProceduresExperienced in delivery of a wide range of Financial Services solutions, maintains deep understanding of the industry and its challenges.You possess strong client relationship development and client management skillsExcellent communication (written and oral) accompanied by strong interpersonal skillsSolid organizational, multi-tasking, and time-management skillsStrong problem solving and troubleshooting skills with the ability to know when to escalate and when not to.Eagerness to be involved with internal initiatives and interest in guiding and leading.Demonstrated teamwork and collaboration in a professional settingFlexibility in approach and a willingness to adapt quickly and take initiative when working in unstructured environments with limited supervisionBonus points if you possess any of the following:Master’s level degree from an accredited college/university or other additional certifications warmly welcomedExperience with ERP and EPM tools (NetSuite Anaplan, Kyriba, SAP S/4HANA, Oracle ERP, etc.) will be advantageous but not mandatoryExperience using Robotics Process Automation (RPA) tools (Automation Anywhere, Pegasystems, RedHat, BluePrism, UiPath, etc.)Experience using Power BI and preferably other visualization tools (Tableau, etc.) to enable dynamic dashboardingExperience and knowledge of Project Management principles and methodologiesAdvanced Microsoft Office Skills (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)A certification in one of the following strongly preferred: CPA, CFA, Finance Risk Manager (FRM), Certified Treasury Professional (CTP), Certified Fraud Examiner (CFE), Series or other additional related certifications warmly welcomedAdditional InformationSia is an equal opportunity employer.
