Follow @abbvie onX,Facebook,Instagram,YouTube,LinkedInandTik Tok.Job DescriptionSenior Data Delivery Expert (Global Commercial Business Technology Solutions), AbbVie Inc., Mettawa, IL, Hybrid (3 fixed days a week/ 2 days WFH/remote).Key ResponsibilitiesDesign & develop data, software, & tech solutions to business questions.Pressure-test requirements for accurate delivery.Present & lead status to business stakeholders.Prepare & present data distributions to non-tech audiences.Compile & deliver accurate solution estimates.Define scope by understanding business needs with technology capabilities.Elicit requirements from ambiguous business needs.Challenge where needed.Execute the software development lifecycle for new builds/changesQualificationsEducation & ExperienceMust have a Master’s degree in computer science, applied & computational mathematics, data science, management information systems, analytics or related field &1 year of work experience in a combination of data analyst &/or data engineering roles. Of experience required, must have 1 year of experience in: (i) analyzing & engineering data with Structured Query Language (SQL); (ii) gathering business requirements & preparing & presenting orally & in writing to supervisor, non-technology stakeholders, & peers in a matrixed organization; (iii) analyzing & transforming data with Python; & (iv) storing, processing, &   analyzing data on cloud-based solutions.Alternatively, would accept a Bachelor’s degree in computer science, applied & computational mathematics, data science, management information systems, analytics or related field &5 years of work experience in a combination of data analyst &/or data engineering roles. Of experience required, must have: (i) 4 years analyzing & engineering data with Structured Query Language (SQL); (ii) 3 years gathering business requirements & preparing & presenting orally & in writing to supervisor, non-technology stakeholders, & peers in a matrixed organization; (iii) 1 year analyzing & transforming data with Python; & (iv) 1 year storing, processing, &   analyzing data on cloud-based solutions.Experience may be gained concurrently.Additional InformationSalary Range: $139,818 - $162,000 per yearApply online athttps://careers.abbvie.com/enor send resume to[email protected].
