Anduril Industries is a defense technology company with a mission to transform U.S. and allied military capabilities with advanced technology. By bringing the expertise, technology, and business model of the 21st century’s most innovative companies to the defense industry, Anduril is changing how military systems are designed, built and sold. Anduril’s family of systems is powered by Lattice OS, an AI-powered operating system that turns thousands of data streams into a realtime, 3D command and control center. As the world enters an era of strategic competition, Anduril is committed to bringing cutting-edge autonomy, AI, computer vision, sensor fusion, and networking technology to the military in months, not years.

ABOUT THE TEAM

The Business Development (BD) team, within Anduril's Growth organisation, is responsible for identifying, shaping, capturing, and growing new opportunities and capabilities for the company. In order to meet current and future client needs, the team must deeply understand the users' pain points, how current solutions fail to address existing gaps, and how Anduril products can deliver more effective mission outcomes. BD team members serve as the bridge between clients and the broader Anduril team; they convey client perspectives to other teams across the enterprise while also serving as the Anduril brand ambassador externally. They partner extensively with Anduril Business Lines and the Mission Operations team to ensure that Anduril products exceed client expectations and mission demands, and to drive continuous product improvements in response to ever-changing client needs and operating environments.

ABOUT THE JOB

The Senior Director, Industry & Government Relations - Poland will be a foundational leader responsible for identifying, cultivating and advancing relations with Anduril’s industry and government stakeholders across Poland.

This role combines strategic leadership with hands-on execution, requiring both country-level direction and front-line capture delivery. You will serve as Anduril's senior commercial representative in-country and act as a key liaison between Anduril's Business Lines, Mission Operations team, and Polish government, military, and industrial stakeholders. As such, you will be vital to building deep partnerships with the Polish defense ecosystem, translating customer needs back into the Anduril engineering organization, and ensuring Anduril's advanced defense systems address the most pressing mission demands of Poland and our allies in the region.

Growing business is the ultimate team sport, and as such you will partner seamlessly with the existing Europe growth team. The successful candidate will report to Anduril’s Head of Poland and will be based in Warsaw.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

  • Developing strategic partnerships with Polish defense industry — identifying and cultivating relationships with key domestic players to build industrial cooperation plans that satisfy Polish industrial participation requirements.
  • Supporting capture and business development on priority programs — working hand-in-hand with capture teams to provide political and institutional context, arrange stakeholder engagements, and shape win strategies for major Polish defense modernization programs.
  • Representing the company in industry associations and public forums — serving as the company's representative in relevant organizations conferences (MSPO Kielce, for example), and media engagements to build brand credibility and position the company as a trusted partner to Poland.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
