As a Senior Full Stack Engineer, you will play a key role in building best-in-class microservices, scalable business-facing dashboards, and customer-facing experiences. You’ll own the technical direction of services within our cloud platform, collaborating with cross-functional teams to design, implement, and optimize systems that deliver measurable business value.
This role is challenging – above and beyond the day-to-day responsibilities, you’ll have a big role within a fast-paced team.
This position will report into the Director of Engineering.
Architect, design, and implement full-stack applications and services inTypeScript/JavaScriptonAWS Serverless(Lambda, CloudFront, CodePipeline).
Developresponsive, functional componentsinReactfor web applications.
Publish and maintainAPIs, SDKs, and CLIsfor internal developer use across the organization.
Partner withProduct and Designteams to deliver new features and enhancements that improve both customer and business experiences.
Participate in the fullsoftware development lifecycle– requirements gathering, design, development, testing, deployment, monitoring, and documentation.
Advocate for solving real business problems in every story; prioritizesimplicity, scalability, and maintainabilityin all solutions.
Ensurereliability and performancethrough robust automated testing, monitoring, and alerting.
Conductcode reviews, promote engineering best practices, and contribute to technical design discussions.
Mentor junior engineers, provide architectural guidance, and occasionally lead small project teams.
Stay up to date withindustry trends, emerging tools, and modern practices, sharing knowledge to help elevate the team.
7+ yearsof software engineering experience, including3+ years with TypeScript.
Proficiency across the stack:React,Node.js,AWS(Lambda, CloudFront, CI/CD),Docker/Kubernetes, and bothSQL & NoSQLdatabases.
Strong foundation insoftware design principles,OOP,design patterns, andalgorithms.
Experience working withinagile methodologies(Scrum preferred).
Excellentproblem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ownership throughout the entire software lifecycle.
Strongcommunication and collaborationabilities, with proven success working across teams.
Passion forscalable systems,elegant abstractions, andhigh-quality code.
