In this role, you will provide technical leadership and on-site supervision for geotechnical investigations, foundation design, and ground improvement projects. You will be responsible for ensuring compliance with engineering standards, managing site operations, and delivering high-quality geotechnical solutions that meet project specifications and safety requirements.Supervise and coordinate geotechnical site investigations, including soil boring, sampling, and in-situ testing activitiesAnalyze soil and rock properties to assess foundation design requirements and ground stability conditionsPrepare detailed geotechnical reports, recommendations, and technical documentation for project stakeholdersImplement and monitor quality assurance and quality control procedures on-site to ensure compliance with project specificationsManage site safety protocols and ensure adherence to health and safety regulations and best practicesCollaborate with project managers, structural engineers, and contractors to resolve geotechnical challenges and optimize construction solutionsConduct field inspections and testing to verify soil conditions, foundation construction, and ground improvement workProvide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineering staff and site personnelEvaluate geotechnical data using industry-standard software and analytical tools to support design decisionsMaintain organized project records, test results, and documentation for regulatory and contractual complianceCommunicate findings and recommendations clearly to project teams and clients in a professional mannerQualificationsMinimum 12 years of professional experience in geotechnical engineering with at least 5 years in site supervision and field operationsStrong expertise in soil mechanics, foundation design, and ground improvement techniquesProficiency in geotechnical analysis software and modeling toolsDemonstrated knowledge of geotechnical testing methods and laboratory proceduresExperience managing geotechnical investigations and site characterization programsExcellent project management and organizational skills with the ability to coordinate multiple tasks simultaneouslyStrong analytical and problem-solving capabilities with attention to detailProven leadership experience supervising technical teams and site personnelFamiliarity with international and local building codes, particularly Saudi Arabian construction standardsExcellent written and verbal communication skills in EnglishProficiency in preparing technical reports and geotechnical documentationExperience with construction site coordination and contractor managementKnowledge of health, safety, and environmental (HSE) regulations and best practicesPreferred: Experience working on projects in the Middle East or Gulf regionPreferred: Advanced proficiency in geotechnical software applications and CAD programsPreferred: Experience with foundation quality assurance and verification testingBy clicking the link above or any third-party link within this posting, you are leaving this site and going to a third-party website where the third-party website's terms and privacy policy applyI'm interestedI'm interestedPrivacy Notice
