Welcome to Bosch.Job DescriptionAs aSenior/Lead Software Developer – Agentic Orchestrator, you will take a leading technical role in shaping howAI coding agents are integrated into our software engineering environment.Rather than focusing on individual AI-assisted development tasks, you will design and build theworkflows, tools and infrastructure that enable agentic software development across multiple teams and projects. Your work will help establish scalable, secure and reliable approaches to using AI agents throughout the software development lifecycle.This is ahands-on technical leadership position without direct people management responsibility.
