The Opportunity
As the Senior Marketing Specialist at Coursedog, you'll play a broad, high-visibility support role that touches nearly every part of our marketing function. You'll work closely with every member of the team, gaining hands-on insight into events, social, content, campaigns, demand gen, and operations—using that exposure to grow into a well-rounded marketer. This is ideal for someone with 1-3 years of marketing experience who is a genuine go-getter: someone who doesn't wait to be asked, who's willing to dig into whatever needs doing, and who sees every task as a chance to learn and build new skills.
This position offers a competitive base salary between $70,000 - $80,000, based on experience and qualifications. The role also includes a performance-based variable compensation component, bringing total on-target earnings (OTE) to $80,000 - $90,000 when performance objectives are achieved.

- Support marketing operations: assist in overseeing marketing budget and spend tracking, help maintain marketing systems and processes, and identify opportunities to improve efficiency.
- Use marketing automation tools and data to support campaign execution and reporting—learning how to evaluate and leverage tools that improve team productivity.
- Take on additional tasks and responsibilities as needed, helping wherever the team needs support and identifying opportunities to grow your skills.
