Today, we are 18,500 experts across 40 countries including 2300+ dedicated SAP specialists, forming a Nation of Nagarrians, ready to help our customers succeed.Job DescriptionLead the design and implementation of SAP S/4HANA Controlling solutions across transformation programs.Drive solution architecture and process optimization in Cost Center Accounting, Profit Center Accounting, Margin Analysis (CO-PA), and Product Cost Controlling (CO-PC).Collaborate with business and finance stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable SAP solutions.Ensure seamless integration between Controlling, Finance, and Logistics processes.Support end-to-end project delivery, including design, realization, testing, deployment, and hypercare.Contribute to governance, best practices, and innovation in SAP Controlling and performance management.Experience with processes/projects for clients in the Discrete Manufacturing Industry (DMI) is preferableQualificationsDegree in Business Administration, Business Informatics, Computer Science, or a comparable qualification.Several years of hands-on experience in SAP Controlling consulting and implementation projects.Deep expertise in CO-OM, Profit Center Accounting, CO-PA (Margin Analysis), and CO-PC.Proven experience delivering SAP S/4HANA Controlling and Finance transformation programs.Strong understanding of cost accounting, profitability management, and management reporting processes.Experience integrating SAP Controlling with Finance (FI) and Logistics processes (MM, PP, SD).Knowledge of SAP S/4HANA Finance, Universal Journal, Asset Accounting, and Material Ledger.Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills; experience with SAP Project System (PS) is considered a strong advantage.Business fluent German and fluent English.Flexibility and willingness to travel.Additional Information30 days of vacation, internal and external training, MyN - Nagarro employee share program, company-funded accident insurance, modern office space at central locations with high-tech equipment, sports programs, corporate benefits portal, free fruit and drinks.Plenty of room for creative ideas and innovation in a high-growth environment.
