That is where you come in!Job DescriptionRole –INFOR M3 Supply Chain ConsultantLocation -Belleville, Ontario CANADAWorking Model -RemoteEmployment Type –FulltimeJob Overview:Experienced Infor M3 Functional Consultant in supporting and implementing Infor M3 non-finance modules, including Procurement, Sales Order Management, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Warehousing, and Distribution.Responsible for business process analysis, solution configuration, user support, issue resolution, testing, training, and continuous process improvement.Key Responsibilities:Configure and support Infor M3 non-finance modules such as Procurement, Sales, Manufacturing, Warehousing, and Supply Chain.Analyze business requirements and translate them into functional solutions and system configurations.Provide L2/L3 support for incidents, service requests, and production issues while ensuring SLA compliance.Support testing activities including SIT, UAT, regression testing, and go-live support.Work closely with technical teams on integrations, APIs, ION workflows, and EDI processes.Conduct user training, prepare process documentation, user guides, and knowledge transfer materials.Participate in implementation projects, enhancements, rollouts, and continuous improvement initiatives.QualificationsMust have skills:Minimum 7 years of experience.Infor M3, M3 Supply chain module (Strong)Additional InformationDisclaimer:Nagarro is an equal opportunity employer.
