Lead Complex UX Projects- Plan, design, and execute end-to-end research initiatives- Derive deep user insights from qualitative and quantitative data- Translate insights into product, UX, and business recommendations- Define research roadmaps aligned with product strategy- Own research across multiple domains (e.g., automotive, enterprise tools, digital ecosystems)- Handle ambiguity and shape problem statements- Drive discovery and validation phases in product development2. Enable Cross-functional Collaboration- Work closely with design, engineering, product, and business teams- Collaborate with global stakeholders in distributed environments- Mentor junior researchers and guide best practices- Influence product decisions using data-backed narratives- Bridge gaps between user needs, business goals, and technical feasibility- Present insights to leadership and cross-functional stakeholders3.
