You lead and animate client workshops to understand business needs and co-design the right solutions, translate functional requirements into scalable configurations, and guide clients through process optimization using ServiceNow's platform capabilities. You own your engagements end-to-end from requirements gathering and solution design to training and go-live support while proactively identifying risks, dependencies, and opportunities for improvement.At Devoteam, we lean into change and embrace emerging technologies from day one.
