You lead and animate client workshops tounderstand business needs and co-design the right solutions, translate functional requirements intoscalable configurations, and guide clients through process optimization using ServiceNow's platformcapabilities. You own your engagements end-to-end from requirements gathering and solution design totraining and go-live support while proactively identifying risks, dependencies, and opportunities forimprovement.At Devoteam, we lean into change and embrace emerging technologies from day one.
