By joining our team, you'll have the chance to make a meaningful impact in a remote-friendly, fast-paced, and fun environment.This role is responsible for leading operational delivery activities across the India Professional Services project delivery business, supporting consultants delivering enterprise security implementations, migrations, upgrades and customer escalations.The environment is highly dynamic and fast paced, requiring strong operational leadership, stakeholder management and delivery governance capabilities.Job DescriptionMajor ResponsibilitiesCreate and execute efficient personnel management plansKeep consultants utilization at a high level to meet annual objectivesImprove the skills of our Professional Services consultantsMaintain and increase the technical certification of consultants on the teamMaintain strong relationships with customers, partners, sales and SE teamsStrive to continuously improve current service offerings and delivery governanceHelp develop additional service offerings to enhance customer valueOwn and lead customer escalations end-to-end, working directly with customers, sales, SEs, TAC and consultants to drive resolutionLead operational cadence calls and ensure actions are tracked through to completionAlways strive to improve the project delivery process and reporting structureConduct regular 1:1 meetings with consultantsIdentify current and future challenges relating to skills, promotion, utilization and role developmentDemonstrate strong leadership presence by driving discussions, decisions and outcomesBe proactive, innovative and operationally focusedHelp with consultant recruitment and hiringAct as the primary delivery partner to sales leadership, ensuring regular communication, alignment and executionSupport management of critical customer cutovers, weekend activities and enterprise delivery requirementsDrive operational forecasting, resource planning and escalation management across the India project delivery businessQualificationsExperience managing a team of technical consultants or engineersStrong customer service, project management and quality control skillsProven experience managing escalations and enterprise customer situationsStrong resource planning and operational management skillsExcellent leadership and stakeholder management capabilitiesStrong teamwork skills and attention to detailExperience with Check Point technologies is preferredExperience managing firewall migrations, enterprise implementations or large-scale delivery engagements is highly desirableFamiliarity with technologies such as Maestro, VSX, VPN, CloudGuard and enterprise security environments is advantageousAbility to manage conflicts and make strong operational decisions under pressureCapacity to mentor and develop team membersExcellent verbal and written communication skillsAdditional InformationCheck Point Software Technologies is a global leader in cyber security solutions, dedicated to protecting corporate enterprises and governments worldwide. For over 30 years, our mission has been to secure the digital world for everyone, everywhere.
