We work on the front line of medical science, changing lives, and bringing new medicines to those who need them.Job DescriptionOfficial job title will beSite Contract Specialist Iand can be based anywhere in Canada.The core responsibilities of this role include:Facilitating negotiations of site agreements and budgets to ensure alignment with the site activation planCustomizing and preparing country- and site-specific agreements and organizing their translationsTracking the status of site agreement and budget negotiationPreparing executable versions of site agreements and budgets, and coordinating the signature processFiling executed site agreements in the Trial Master FileUpdating all concerned functions on the site contracting processQualificationsCollege or university degree or an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience that presents the required knowledge, skills, and abilities.
