First Pass Yield3) Leading BPS activities in MOE1 Department.4) Lead and drive Daily Operation Meeting.5) Develop and track monitoring systems relevant to the production activities. Lead products quality, ontime delivery and cost-reduction activities. Ensure goals are clear to all production staffs andcontinuous improvement is being achieved.6) Monitor and achieve Daily production loading based on Planned schedule. Head count planning foreach shift to maximize output. Identify operational resource requirements to meet the needs of Production and customer/product requirement.7) Leading Continuous Improvement and I4.0 activities in MOE 11/12 Department.8) Create a healthy teamwork environment.9) Develop and motivate Production Team members to perform their full potential, providing direction and timely feedback for the benefit of Production function.10) Create an environment that is culturally embedded in a “Quality First” mentality.11) Work with all levels of the organization to improve quality, delivery and cost reduction activities tomeet the set KPI in MOE1 Department.12) Instill a continuous improvement mentality in Production.
