To provide transparency, here are some important points to note about the position:
Here's the entire process if selected after a CV screen.
Before the trial we’ll discuss some options for a two week project. We’ll agree on the scope of the project before you start. You’ll work independently, however you’ll have access to the team to ask questions and get support on anything you might need to complete the task efficiently. At the end of the trial if we both enjoyed working together, we’ll offer you a full time position. We’re aware that there are pros and cons to this process but we believe this is the best possible way for both parties to be excited about working together. If you are asking questions like “I’m applying for multiple jobs what happens if I get one can we speed up the trial?” Then you’re probably not going to be the right fit and you should take another role.
