Join us and build your future by being part of what’s next in electronics and the world.Job Description请求职者投递中文与英文简历Program Planning & Execution:Own end-to-end delivery of strategic Physical AI programs, from concept through launch and deployment; define scope, schedules, and milestones, and ensure on-time, on-budget, high-quality delivery.Cross-functional Coordination:Act as the central hub across Project Management, Engineering ( middleware & application layer), product Marketing, Sales, and Business development ; align global and regional teams and drive timely decisions.Governance, Risk assessment & Reporting:Lead program governance, phase-gate check list &reviews, and steering committee meetings; proactively manage dependencies and risks; provide leadership with concise reports and KPI dashboards.Portfolio & Resource Management:Track priorities, resources, budget, and business impact to support planning, investment prioritization, and trade-off decisions.Process Excellence:Establish and continuously improve program management processes, tools, and best practices; at the Sr. Manager level, coach and develop program leads.QualificationsFamiliarity with semiconductor product development or Auto industrial domain ;Fluent Englishas program or project management skill , PMP/PgMP certification is a plus.Additional InformationRenesas is an embedded semiconductor solution provider driven by its Purpose,To Make Our Lives Easier.
