We are looking for a Staff Software Engineer to shape the systems that give Hinge Health care-team members a clear, actionable view of the people they support. Member Records is the care-team-facing context layer within CareHub: it brings together member history, clinical context, active programs, program focus, indications, device and fulfillment status, onboarding progress, and program transitions so care teams can spend less time navigating fragmented systems and more time delivering personalized care. As a hands-on technical leader, you will help define the architecture and technical direction for Member Records while continuing to build production software. You will work across the user interface, backend services, APIs, and data models, partnering with Product, Design, Clinical, Quality, and adjacent engineering teams. You will turn complex healthcare workflows into reliable, intuitive experiences and lead work from discovery and technical design through implementation, launch, and operational support. This is an opportunity to own a meaningful product area end to end, influence technical decisions beyond your immediate team, and raise the quality, reliability, and effectiveness of the systems and engineers around you.
