Supply Chain Assistant - 10 Month FTC

Are you ready to rethink your routine? We’re looking for a Supply Chain Assistant to join our Operations team. This role will report into the Senior Supply Planner. This role will provide hands-on support to our growing team in London through day-to-day operational tasks, inventory reconciliation, and ERP administration. This role offers a fantastic opportunity to build a broad career in supply chain planning while using innovative AI tools to streamline processes and improve efficiency.

Your day to day responsibilities will look like this:

• Support day-to-day supply chain functions and maintain process documentation in line with quality requirements.
• Liaison with suppliers, chasing overdue items to ensure deliveries remain on schedule.
• Create accurate On-Time-In-Full (OTIF) reports to track supplier delivery performance.
• Manage inventory levels, monitor top and bottom performing lines, and flag upcoming risks.
• Investigate and resolve stock discrepancies across two distribution centers and supplier warehouses.
• Assist with data capture into CSV files, system migrations, and error spot-checking.
• Utilise AI tools to streamline workflows, draft communications, and share efficiencies with the wider team.
