KGaAJob DescriptionWe are looking for an experiencedTechnical Services Specialist / Electrical Engineerto join our growing team.The role is responsible for ensuring thereliable and efficient operation of our facilities, overseeing maintenance and technical services, resolving technical issues, driving continuous improvement, and coordinating the Technical Services field team.QualificationsWhat You’ll DoMonitor and coordinatedaily technical failures, preventive maintenance, and planned maintenance activitiesacross our facilities.Ensure timely resolution of technical issues and conductroot cause analysesto prevent recurring failures and drive continuous improvement.Identify and follow up on theresources and technical requirementsneeded to support operations.Prepare and maintainmaintenance plans, procedures, work instructions, and technical training materials.Prepare maintenance reports and ensure that allmaintenance and repair activities are properly recorded and trackedin the relevant systems.Prepare and maintain the requiredtechnical documentationfor planned and ongoing projects.Manage and coordinate theTechnical Services field team, taking actions to improve team efficiency, technical capabilities, and Professional development.Your ProfileBachelor’s degree inElectrical & Electronics Engineering.Preferably holding aHigh Voltage Facility Operation Responsibility Certificate.At least3 years of experiencein technical services, facility management, maintenance, or field operations.Strong ability toread, analyze, and implement technical projects and drawings.Knowledge ofelectrical systems, distribution panels, power factor correction systems, CCTV, and fire detection systems.Experience insite surveys, quantity take-offs, progress payment, and contractor management processes.Good command ofMicrosoft Office and AutoCAD.Previous experience inteam and field operations management.Strong planning, organization, reporting, and coordination skills.Stronganalytical thinking, communication, collaboration, and influencing skills.Disciplined, responsible, andresults-orientedapproach to work.ValidClass B driving licenseand actively driving.Military service completed for male candidates.Residing or willing to reside on theAsian side of Istanbul or in the Gebze, Darıca, or Çayırova area.Additional InformationWhat We OfferA global work environment with exposure to international teams and operationsOpportunities for professional growth, learning, and career developmentA collaborative and supportive team cultureA dynamic workplace where you can drive operational excellence and continuous improvementBeing part ofBertelsmann SE & Co.
