Responsible for the UAT of new functionalities across Output application, escalation of issues identified during the testing for all applications, procedures and systems. Coordinate with various teams and stakeholders, raise defects, support tickets for issues raised/identified, analyze root cause and assist in efficient resolution of all issues and queries. Responsible for ensuring smooth management of application Release/s and testing within the defined SLA and with quality.Job DescriptionRESPONSIBILITIES● Understand the requirement on the new Release enhancement co-operating with the Governance/Technology partners/Operations/Transformation teams● Provide expert feedback on the design developed with respect to the new enhancement● Execute the User Acceptance Testing effectively by ensuring all the required test cases pertaining to the enhancement is covered●Manage the Release across applications co-operating with multiple teams and adhering to the strict deadlines● Align with the cross teams and document the Release as applicable● Maintain an effective relationship with local and global Operations teams and our Technology partners in Application Development and Infrastructure to identify, manage and close issues.● Participate in regular calls with App Dev and Infrastructure to assess the progress of Release and also discuss any issue/s that might impact Operations. Communicate the impacts to the Governance/Operations teams as required, facilitate the negotiation of any work around and represent/coordinate Operations during implementation activities.● Ensure appropriate communication and escalation of issues to relevant senior stakeholders● Manage a close relationship with Enablement, Process Owners and Operations leaders to ensure we maintain high-quality deliverables and our delivery standards are met or exceeded.
