Country Lakes Animal Clinic is seeking an outgoing Veterinary Receptionist / Client Service Representative to serve as the welcoming face of our hospital.
At Country Lakes, clients aren’t just names on a schedule. Many have been bringing their pets here for years, and some even drive in from Long Island to do it. Between wellness visits, boarding drop-offs, grooming pickups, and the occasional hard goodbye, the front desk is where that trust begins.
In this fast-paced role, you will create exceptional client experiences, build trust through compassionate service, manage appointments and daily patient flow, handle multi-line phones and in-person interactions, process transactions, and support clients with essential information about our services. Ideal candidates are friendly, detail-oriented, highly organized, and thrive in a team-focused customer service environment. If you’re someone who remembers the dog’s name, notices when a client needs a little extra kindness, and loves being part of a small, close-knit team, you’ll feel right at home here.
