You translate data into action and ensure KPIs are consistently met and improved.Lead and manage the full warehouse operation, ensuring daily performance targets are achieved;Analyze operational data and translate insights into KPIs and improvement plans;Drive continuous improvement and operational excellence initiatives;Coach and develop supervisors and team leaders to strengthen performance;Optimize workforce planning, productivity, and overall efficiency.You will manage multiple supervisors and report directly to the Operations Manager.
