Description
The Customization Supervisor takes full responsibility for the shift they lead in terms of management of staff, management of production and quality, and to ensure the smooth running of the production process. The Customization Supervisor leads the daily operations of the embroidery and heat press production department, ensuring efficient order processing, product quality, and on-time delivery. This role is responsible for overseeing a team of customization associates, maintaining equipment, managing workflow, and implementing process improvements to support the company's customization services.
Key Responsibilities

- Monitor production output to ensure adherence to design specifications, quality standards, and customer requirements
- Lead and train customization associates on appropriate shifts for all equipment operation, production standards, and quality control requirements Ensure high-quality communication is provided, verbally and/or written, to all customization staffLeverage problem-solving and troubleshooting skills to ensure that all team members are effectiveImpart problem-solving & troubleshooting skills to the staff so they learn to identify root causes and enable them to take action to resolve issues

- Perform routine equipment checks and coordinate preventive maintenance as needed
- Maintain accurate data related to production metrics, order status, and inventory of customization materials
- Coordinate with warehouse, sales, and customer service teams to align production output with customer orders and delivery schedules
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies in the customization area
- Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce production errors
- Handle escalations related to employee needs, customization errors, returns, or customer complaints
- Support the integration of new equipment, techniques, or products into the customization process
Skills, Knowledge & Expertise
- Mid to Senior level experience related to in-house software for customization and correlated machines
- 1+ years of leadership and a proven ability to lead a team in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
