Mercury is building the financial stack ambitious companies use to operate, from banking\* to bill pay to forecasting, and everything in between. As we scale, the strategic choices we make about what we build, who we buy, and who we partner with are some of the highest-leverage decisions in the business. To help us make those bets well, we're hiring a Lead on our Corporate Development team.
This role reports to the Head of Corporate Development. You'll work on M&A, fundraising, investor relations, and strategic projects that shape where Mercury goes next, with a seat at the table on those decisions at a profitable, growth-stage fintech and direct exposure to our CEO, CFO, and executive team.
This is a function being built, so you'll have the chance to build the corp dev, IR, and strategy muscle at Mercury as we grow, with reps on real deals. We've closed two acquisitions and the M&A roadmap is active. We run Corp Dev as an AI-native, flat, and high-agency team.
