You will go beyond traditional administrative support by building systems, using AI tools, and proactively driving execution across priorities.
Own and optimize complex, fast-moving calendars across two executives, ensuring alignment to priorities and proactively resolving conflicts
Coordinate domestic and international travel end-to-end, including detailed itineraries and seamless execution
Manage high-volume inbound communication across email, Slack, and other channels with strong prioritization and judgment
Prepare executives for meetings by assembling context, materials, and clear objectives; capture notes, track decisions, and ensure follow-through
Build and continuously improve systems that increase executive leverage, including AI-enabled workflows for scheduling, communication, and task management
Identify opportunities to automate or streamline repetitive work, using AI tools and agents to meaningfully expand capacity
Draft, edit, and refine communications with speed and clarity, leveraging AI where appropriate
Partner cross-functionally to drive execution on key initiatives, ensuring stakeholders are aligned and deadlines are met
Manage operational processes such as expenses, approvals, and documentation with accuracy and efficiency
Support team events, offsites, and company initiatives as needed
Operate with high ownership, stepping into both tactical execution and broader problem-solving as needed
Own the integrity, security, and confidentiality of executive information across all systems, communications, and workflows
5+ years supporting senior executives, ideally supporting multiple leaders simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
Demonstrated ability to anticipate needs, exercise strong judgment, and drive outcomes with minimal direction
Proven track record of building or improving systems, not just maintaining them
Fluency with AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, automation tools, workflow builders) and a mindset of using them to increase speed and scale
Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities without sacrificing quality
Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to draft executive-level communications
High level of discretion, professionalism, and integrity
Comfort with tools such as Google Workspace, Ramp, Slack, Notion, Airtable, and the ability to quickly learn new systems
Bias for action and a willingness to operate across a wide range of responsibilities, from tactical to strategic
Based in Boston with in-office presence Monday through Thursday
This role is based in the WHOOP office located in Boston, MA. The successful candidate must be prepared to relocate if necessary to work out of the Boston, MA office.

The U.S. base salary range for this full-time position is $100,000 - $140,000. Salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within each range, individual pay is based on factors such as job-related skills, experience, performance, and relevant education or training.
In addition to the base salary, the successful candidate will also receive benefits and a generous equity package.
These ranges may be modified in the future to reflect evolving market conditions and organizational needs. While most offers will typically fall toward the starting point of the range, total compensation will depend on the candidate’s specific qualifications, expertise, and alignment with the role’s requirements.
