Develop privacy protections and redaction workflows for sensitive data.
Model recorded work as structured process knowledge.
Build coding-agent capabilities that generate automation software and support production deployment.
Work end to end with customers, from installing desktop agents and mapping workflows to building and shipping automations.
What We're Looking For
At least 2 years of experience shipping production software, owning features from design through deployment.
Experience building LLM or AI-agent functionality for production systems.
Strong full-stack or backend skills in TypeScript, Python, Go, Rust, or similar languages.
Interest in an intense, early-stage role with founding-level ownership and comfort working through ambiguity.
Experience with high-throughput or high-concurrency systems, Rust, desktop applications or agents, coding agents, or code generation is valuable.
Familiarity with Next.js, PostgreSQL, Azure, Tauri, or Windows desktop agents is useful.
