Your Role
As a Senior Fullstack Engineer (Frontend-Focused) in the Customer Journey Team (Growth) at RoomPriceGenie, you’ll build the user-facing experiences that drive activation, engagement, and long-term success.
Your primary focus will be on frontend development using React and TypeScript , crafting intuitive, high-quality user interfaces and experiences. You’ll work closely with backend systems and should feel comfortable navigating and contributing to our Python/Django services when needed.
You’ll operate with high autonomy, combining technical excellence with strong product awareness. Together with Product and Design, you’ll help us build a data-informed, experimentation-driven product that continuously improves the customer journey.
What You’ll Do
- Design, build and maintainhigh-quality, scalable frontend applicationsusing React and TypeScript.
- Own theend-to-end development of user-facing features, from UX implementation to backend integration.
- Collaborate closely with backend engineers and contribute toPython/Django serviceswhen needed.
- Takeend-to-end ownershipof product initiatives, from discovery to deployment, monitoring and iteration.
- Writeclean, maintainable and well-tested code, applying modern frontend testing practices.
- Partner withProduct, Data and Designto deliver impactful user experiences.
- Ensure strongperformance, accessibility and usabilityacross the frontend.
- Help instrument the frontend with the rightevents and data signalsfor analytics and experimentation.
- Participate inarchitecture discussions and technical reviews, especially around frontend and API design.
- Drivecontinuous improvementin frontend architecture, tooling and developer experience.
Your Profile
- Strong professional experience as a SeniorSoftware Engineer, with a focus on frontend development.
- Advanced proficiency inReact and TypeScript(or similar modern frontend frameworks).
- Solid understanding offrontend architecture, state management and performance optimization.
- Comfortable working withPython/Django backends— able to read, understand and contribute when needed.
- Strong understanding ofsoftware design and testing practices.
- Experience working inproduct-driven SaaS environmentsis a strong plus.
- Familiarity withCI/CD pipelines, AWS infrastructure and modern observability tools.
- Aproduct-minded engineerwho understands user needs and builds with impact in mind.
- Highownership mentality— you enjoy taking features from idea to measurable outcome.
- Strong collaboration and communication skills.
- Fluent in English and based in theEuropean time zone (UTC+0 to UTC+2).
Nice to Have
Experience with either:
- Design systems, component libraries and frontend scalability patterns.
- Product analytics and experimentation tooling.
- Event-driven architectures(Kafka, Celery, message queues).
- Data platforms(Snowflake, Airflow, dbt, Dagster, Cube).
