About the Role
Join the go-to-market team at an early-stage B2B content technology company, engaging marketing, SEO, and content leaders at mid-market and enterprise organizations. You will build pipeline for the DACH region through focused prospecting, lead qualification, and event engagement.
What You'll Do
- Make daily cold calls to marketing, SEO, and content decision-makers to start conversations and qualify interest.
- Build and enrich prospect lists using AI-assisted research and personalization tools.
- Run and refine outbound campaigns across phone, LinkedIn, and email, testing messaging and tracking results.
- Attend industry events and conferences in the DACH region, engage prospective buyers, and book meetings.
- Qualify inbound and outbound leads, schedule product demos, and maintain accurate CRM records.
- Share structured feedback on objections, competitor activity, and customer pain points with the team.
What We're Looking For
- One to two years of sales experience as an SDR, BDR, or in a related customer success role.
- Fluency in German and English, with demonstrated success setting appointments through cold calling.
- Hands-on experience with multi-channel prospecting across calls, LinkedIn, and email.
- Proficiency with AI-assisted prospecting tools such as Clay, Apollo, and ChatGPT.
- Experience selling SEO tools or working directly with SEO teams, and familiarity with buyer personas and topics such as AI Overviews and search traffic loss.
- Experience participating in trade shows or industry events, and willingness to travel within the DACH region.
Compensation & Benefits
Base salary: €55,000 to €80,000 annually. Visa sponsorship is not available.
Location
On-site in Munich, Bavaria, Germany.
