About the Role: The Developer Experience (DevX) team is a high-impact group charged with fueling the future of Crusoe’s engineering muscle. We’re responsible for critical developer tools and infrastructure that are used by all of Crusoe engineering. We focus on accelerating development while ensuring we keep a high bar for quality. We’re looking for a Senior manager who will own multiple charter’s within DevX, in particular our AI remote agent platform, a suite of standard agents (coding, reviewing, maintenance/upgrades) running on that platform and support for our coding harnesses. You will play a critical role in shaping our technical direction, communicating a strategic vision, and fostering a company-wide culture of engineering excellence. By partnering with stakeholders across the organization, you will define the future state of Crusoe’s evolving software development efforts and eliminate the friction that stands between an engineer and their "flow state." This is a full-time position for a visionary leader who wants to influence the long-term technical objectives of a company aligning the future of computing with the future of the climate. What You'll Be Working On: Engineering Acceleration: Partner with the broader organization to build paved paths that engineers love to use. Our paved paths are fast, reliable and broadly adopted across all of engineering.

Compensation Range Compensation will be paid in the range of up to $250,000 -$300,000 + Bonus. Restricted Stock Units are included in all offers.
