Senior Product Manager

guardsix is a European cybersecurity platform built to safeguard society by empowering lean SecOps teams across Regional MSSPs and regulated mid-market organizations.

We are forming the Growth Catalyst Team — a high-velocity, outcome-driven unit focused on turning ideas into commercially viable, product-led capabilities that customers adopt, buy, and expand on. This is not an innovation lab. This is a revenue engine, where success is measured by adoption, pipeline creation, and revenue impact.

As the Senior Product Manager, you lead a dedicated squad and are accountable for taking initiatives from problem definition → customer validation → GA → first revenue. Every initiative must deliver lighthouse customer wins and measurable commercial impact.

You will lead a small, senior, autonomous team with full ownership to move fast across product boundaries. You are expected to operate with startup urgency, strong commercial judgment, and zero tolerance for building anything that does not translate into adoption, pipeline, or revenue.

You are also expected to be AI-native in how you work, using tools like ChatGPT, Claude, and similar to dramatically increase your own productivity, accelerate discovery, shape ideas faster, and move from concept to execution without friction.

This role requires deep cybersecurity understanding, strong product judgment, and the ability to connect customer workflows, product design, and monetization into outcomes that matter to the business.

You will report directly into VP Product Management and work either from our Head Office in Copenhagen or remote preferrable from Europe.

What You’ll Do

End-to-End Product Ownership (Discovery → GA → Revenue)

  • Operate with a startup mindset: maintain high standards, but avoid heavy, slow discovery cycles, prioritize speed, real customer feedback, and iteration over process
  • Translate ambiguous opportunities into clear, monetizable product bets
  • Drive rapid validation with real customers (MSSPs and regulated mid-market)
  • Ensure every initiative has clear adoption and revenue targets before build

Commercial Product Leadership

  • Define and own pricing, packaging, and monetization strategy for new capabilities, ensuring clear path to revenue
  • Partner with Sales, SE, and CS to validate willingness to pay and real deal impact early
  • Shape offerings that increase ASP, attach rates, and expansion revenue
  • Own the transition from product concept to a GTM-ready, sellable offering via NPI

High-Velocity Execution

  • Run tight iteration loops from customer insight → validation → build → adoption
  • Leverage AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT) to accelerate discovery, documentation, analysis, and execution
  • Make fast, high-quality trade-offs between speed, scope, and quality
  • Maintain ruthless prioritization, kill ideas that don’t show real customer traction early
  • Focus on shipping only what drives adoption and commercial outcomes, not feature volume

Cross-Functional Leadership Without Friction

  • Operate across product, engineering, and UX boundaries without waiting for alignment
  • Collaborate with other PMs and teams, but do not get blocked by organizational silos
  • Ensure clean handoffs of GA capabilities into core product teams

Executive Visibility & Accountability

  • Present progress, learnings, and commercial outcomes directly to the executive team (CEO-chaired)
  • Bring data, customer evidence, and clear decisions, not status updates
  • Be accountable for outcomes: adoption, pipeline, and revenue, not output or activity

What You Bring

Core Strengths (Critical for Success)

  • Builder mentality — moves fast, cuts through ambiguity, and delivers outcomes
  • Customer-obsessed — grounded in real SecOps workflows, not abstract ideas
  • Strong product judgment — knows what to build, what to kill, and when
  • Commercial operator mindset — understands how product decisions drive ARR, not just usage
  • Outcome-driven — focuses on adoption, pipeline, and revenue, not feature delivery
  • AI-native way of working — uses AI tools daily to move faster, think better, and execute at higher leverage

Experience & Skills

  • Significant Product Management experience in cybersecurity (e.g., SIEM, NDR, XDR, MDR, SecOps)
  • Deep understanding of SOC workflows, MSSP operations, and regulated environments
  • Proven track record of taking products from 0 → 1 → GA → first revenue
  • Experience owning pricing, packaging, and commercial outcomes
  • Strong ability to run customer discovery and validation with real buyers
  • Comfortable operating in high-autonomy, high-accountability environments
  • Ability to influence senior stakeholders and operate effectively at executive level
