60 seconds a week1–10 scaleStreaks & benchmarks

Sixty seconds a week to see it clearly.

Rate your job search and your current role from 1 to 10, once a week each. On their own they're just numbers — over time they turn into a streak, an average, and a pattern you can actually act on.

You can feel when a search is going badly. You can't always say why.

Without a record, every rough week just disappears the moment a better one replaces it. Weekly Check-ins keeps one number for how the search is going and one for how the job is going — so the pattern shows itself instead of hiding in memory.

How it works

Two ratings, sixty seconds each.

Rate it. Sixty seconds, tops.

A Job Search Check-in (1 = very challenging, 10 = outstanding) and an Employment Check-in (1 = very unsatisfied, 10 = exceptional). One of each per week, tracked by Monday, with an optional note.

Job search rated: 7/10
Employment rated: 8/10

Built to catch the bad weeks early

Employment check-ins are designed to surface red flags early, like a run of low ratings. Edit or delete past entries, and set your own reminder emails and data retention window (30–730 days).

Good to know

Questions, answered.

What exactly do I rate?+

Two separate scales: a Job Search Check-in (1 = very challenging, 10 = outstanding) and an Employment Check-in (1 = very unsatisfied, 10 = exceptional). Both are optional to add a written note to.

How often can I check in?+

Once per type, per week, resetting every Monday.

Can other members see my answers?+

No — you only see your own history and rating. The benchmark shown is an aggregate across the platform, never individual answers.

Can I change my answer after submitting?+

Yes — past entries can be edited or deleted, and you control your data retention window (30 to 730 days) and whether you get email reminders.

Give this week a number.

Sixty seconds now beats not knowing why a month felt so hard.
