See your payments
Click Billing in the sidebar. The top of the page shows what you've spent this year, how much was refunded, and how many roles paid for.
Under Payments, each row shows the Date, What for, Amount and Status: Paid, Refunded or Part refunded. Click Receipt to open the receipt for that payment.
You can also open the receipt for a role from its listing page while it's in review: click Download the invoice.
Refunds
- A role we don't approve: we refund the full amount.
- A role you delete while it's in review: we refund the full amount to your card.
- A live role you take down: no refund.
Refunds usually show on your card within 5–10 days.
