Track how your listing performs

Once a role is live, you can see how many people viewed it, where they came from, and how many members saved it or said they applied through Job Tracker.

Your listings

Click Listings in the sidebar. Your busiest live role sits at the top with its views, saves and applications and a bar for each day. Your other roles are below it, each with a status: Live, In review or Ended. Across all your roles adds up how many members saved your roles in Job Tracker and how many said they applied.

Click Open on any role to see its full page.

Your listing page

A live listing shows how far through its run it is (for example, day 3 of 14) and when it ends. It has:

  • views, unique visitors (each person counted once) and days left;
  • Views each day: a bar for every day of the run. If you added social promotion, the day of the LinkedIn post is marked;
  • Where they came from: the job board, the job family's jobs page, the LinkedIn post, and search and direct visits;
  • Through Job Tracker: how many members saved it and how many said they applied. Anyone who applies straight through your careers page won't show here;
  • Against similar roles: your views next to a typical listing in the same job family, when there are enough similar roles to compare.

Click View the live listing to open your role on the job board. The page refreshes its numbers every minute.

When a listing has ended, the same page shows how many days it ran and its final numbers.

Edit, extend or take down a live role

  • Add 7 more days: click it and pay $99 at checkout to keep the role up for another week.
  • Edit listing: click •••, then Edit listing. You can change the content and click Save changes. Changes show on the job board within the hour, and the link stays the same. You can't change the length or the extras of a live role.
  • Take it down: click •••, then Take it down, then confirm. The role comes off the job board straight away and its link stops working. Your payment isn't refunded.

Relist a role that ended

Open the ended role and click Relist this role (or Relist on Listings). This starts a new draft with the same details. Choose a length and any extras, then pay as for a new role. See Post a remote role.

To remove an ended role from your listings, click •••, then Delete. Its receipt stays in Billing.
